Artemide
Artemide contributes to the history of international design with products such as Eclisse (1967, from Vico Magistretti), Tolomeo (1989, from Michele De Luucchi and Giancarlo Fassina), and Pipe (2004, from Herzog & De Meuron), all winners of the “Compasso d’Oro” prize. In 1994, Artemide was awarded another “Compasso d’Oro” for their professional trajectory, as well as the prestigious European Design Prize in 1997.
The artistic harmony present in their last collection is exceptional: Issey Miyake and Artemide deftly weave together their vision and values. In their designs, light accompanies man, his space, and daily life.
